I saw this movie when I was very young, so it’s probably an early 90′s film. I believe the family is a mom, dad, son, daughter, and a dog. The dad is frustrated because the garbage truck comes and “steals their trash” every week. For most of the movie they’re wearing these really stupid striped outfits, I think the stripes are pink and mint green?
I really don’t remember the plot of the movie, but the main idea is that the family is incredibly stupid.
