Okay, I’m 22 years old and i can’t remember when i saw this movie so my guess is that it was probably made in the 90′s. I can barely remember it, what i remember is a little girl i think going to witch school and her and the classmates really dont get along. She has a pet black cat…that rides with her on her broom and i believe she turned some kids or someone turned some kids into snails? Does anyone remember this? I believe she had a red cloak?
