What Movie Is It Where An Alien Abductee Is Taken To Talk To An Alien Held By The Government?

I saw a film or a tv show or something a long time ago and I remember one scene. A man is taken by the government to a secret base (maybe Area51 or something) and being held there is an Alien (like the typical grey sort). The alien is dying or something, and they bring in this man to communicate with the alien. I’ve looked online for the title of this movie, but I have not had any clues.

    I remember a TV special, maybe on ABC, or Unsolved Mysteries where something like that happened. The man claimed to have examined the alien and reported it’s favorite food was strawberry ice cream. I think it was some kind of Area 51 or Roswell investigative special. It had reenactments and interviews with other purported witnesses.
