What Is The Name Of The Movie Where A Nerdy High School Kid Tries To Avoid Fighting A Biker Guy After School?

The whole movie takes place at a high school and the nerdy kid does something to piss of this new biker guy who plans to fight him after school. The plot takes us through the nerdy kids day as he makes efforts to get out of the fight by doing random things such as stealing money from the school store to pay a football jock to fight the guy. Finally at the end of the movie he ends up fighting the guy and earning his respect. I want to show this movie to my high school English class.

Three O’clock High
really good, underrated movie.
Great fight scene in the end!
Made in 1987, it kinda was under the radar,
but delivered on the teen angst and some hit and miss comedy.
The title is an homage to High Noon, and the movie alludes to this with cut scenes to the school clock, tick, tick ticking away,
leading to one of films’ best and most realistic schoolyard fight scenes.
