I’m not sure if it’s from a movie or television show as I only got a glimpse of the scene. It shows a bridge collapsing in a river, and it looks more like a highway bridge, and it collapses around afternoon? When the sky is white. And there were people running towards the land, and one part shows a car falling vertically while it’s still on a piece of the highway into the river.
What movie or television show is it from? I know it’s not Mothman Prophecies or Dante’s Peak.
