I can’t think of this movie, it’s an older movie where a family lives in this house and he finds a bracelet or something and that’s why he can see her, but he has to help her by getting a will or something for her grandparents.

Susie Q was getting ready for her Winter formal with her date Johnny Angel. Their car was hit by drunk teenagers and the car fell over into the water, where they both die. Zach, his mother, and his sister Teri moved into the same house. While fishing with his sister in the same river, Zach found Susie’s bracelet. That’s why he was able to see her. Susie’s dad had given up his job and was living of their savings that’s why they couldn’t afford the house anymore.That’s why her parents were put out of their home. Come to find out Susie’s grandfather dealt with the finances of the house but when he died they didn’t find any papers. Zach and Susie went serching for the papers in her grandfather’s old room and found a secret door where they found the papers. Zach decided to go to the news station where his mom works and had Susie’s family story broadcast on live television.
