What Is The Best Program For Ripping Dvd’s And Putting Them On My Iphone?

I’m not looking to spend more that $100. My PC has a dvd drive that I can NOT view movies on. I have tons of dvds that i would like to view on my PC or iphone. I found a couple (e.g. Xilisoft, Bootstrap, Wondershare) So many choices, please help
