What Is A Good Movie-making Program?

I Want to know what a good FREE movie making program I can use? I use Windows Movie Maker, but it doesn’t work for me, I want to use more, better, advanced effects etc… (and please note if it’s not free please don’t bother telling me about it, I won’t use it)

    The free version is better than WMM. Just go to get it now.

    For Windows, what you are using now (Windows Movie Maker), is the best program you’ll be able to get for free. Everything else that is out there you have to pay a lot of money for. I have a mac, and I use Final Cut Pro and iMovie (but you have to pay for both programs) —> but you can make some stunning videos with really cool effects (and if you want to have really good effects, you’d have to buy Adobe After Effects; but thats for professional effects). If you wanted to try a free 30 day trail of these products for a Windows computer, you can just go to the Adobe website, and they have free trial versions of all software (for both Mac and Windows). But I don’t think they have Final Cut pro or iMovie on there (because they aren’t Adobe products), but they do have After Effects on there to try if you want.

    I think movie maker is the best free movie making software,
    But to make better slideshows you you need to pay for commercial software,it’s worthy.
    If you are looking for more advanced and professioanl but still user friendly software, i will recommend photo story platinum.

    windows movie maker is the closest you are gonna get to free movie maker.
    If you want to make better movies you are gonna have to pay the bucks to get the software.
