I’m just wondering. Do you get kicked out? Will there be another movie? OH, what if you hide behind a chair after the movie is over? Then, can you see the movie again or is it a different movie?
Or, how about you get out of the movie room and hang around the movie theater for a while, then go into a different room with a different movie?

Generally, after a movie is complete. The theater staff will come in and clean up after the previous theatergoers, that have left trash behind and the like.
More often then not the same movie will be playing again on the same screen, but on rare occasions (generally smaller theaters), the film is changed over.
In terms of going into another theater, the majority of the theaters do monitor the activity and theater goers. But it’s not impossible to watch other movies after or before going into seeing the one, that was paid for prior.
After the movie they come in to do a quick sweep and make sure everyone has left before they let in the next audience. And if they catch you theater hopping they will charge you for the second movie.
They turn the lights on and race down the aisles naked and sprinkle popcorn on the seats.
