What Editing System Do Professional Movie Makers Use?

I’m just a little doubtful that they use windows movie maker :) . Does anyone know the program that big time Hollywood producers use to put their footage together? Thanks!

    Thy use the program their IT people wrote, or they use some commercial program (it costs more than your computer) that runs on proprietary hardware (that costs a LOT more than your computer costs).

    And Most of the work is done on a Mac
