So google movie internships, check the classifieds and statrt getting yourself out there, it's a numbers game the more your name comes across the tomgues of those in the business the better your chances of actually working in it becomes. Most schools have some kind of drama department (my sister is going to college to be a lighting "woman" int he movie business). It depends on what field you are looking at.
