What Are Some Good Ways To Recover From Seeing A Disturbing Movie?

I just watched a really bloody movie, and I faint at the sight of blood in movies(I usually don’t faint, I get really woozy and I feel like I’m going to puke). But only in movies! In the real world, I only faint if there’s a lot of blood. How do I recover?

Watch something that is completely the opposite. For me, I tend to turn to Care Bears of March of the Penguins because penguins are my favourite animal and always make me happy.
