I saw this movie, where a guy was born with his head attached to his brother, and they were split apart giving one of the brothers an empty eye socket, and so the brother without the eye made a mask and he went around and killed people and like replaced the town with wax statues and in the end he’s killed in a wax house. What movie is it?
