How To Change Dimensions Of Movie On A Mac?

I have a bunch of movies in my iTunes, but the dimensions of them are too big for my iPod classic. Anyone know how to change the dimensions of a movie, so they can fit to my iPod screen? I have a Mac computer, so if you suggest programs for me that are for Windows, they won’t work.
Thanks for the help.

I would suggest using MPEG Streamclip. Just open your file, then choose to file export to mpeg 4 and from there you can pick a preset size or manually enter the size you need. (ipod uses 320-by-240-pixel resolution)
    The Program is FREE ;)

uhm,the only thing i can think of is getting a program like avidemux to reformat the size and dimensions of the screen.

You can use quicktime pro to change the attributes of videos for the ipod
