I bought a movie from itunes and synched it on my ipod but I am having problems playing it (on my ipod, not on my computer). I keep going to video, then movies, then I select the movie I bought but when I select the movie I bought, I only hear the audio and I don’t see the video. Help?

This might be happening because when it was synced it was interrupted by something and it didnt copy the the entire movie correctly onto the ipod. Try restarting the ipod first, by holding the center button and menu button at the same time until you see the apple logo. Try to play the movie again, if it doesnt work, then plug it back into the computer, delete the movie and put it back on.

You need a converter to help you, because most of movies/videos formats are not play on iPod directly. I downloaded Cucusoft iPod Video Converter Suite to help me at http://www.dvdipodsoft.com/ipod-video-co…
This software can convert DVD’s and videos to ipod directly. It’s fast, easy and very wonderful. I think it is a good choose. You can download it to help you too.

Go to the Apple store, or where you bought your iPod, and ask what is wrong with it. I’m sure someone will help you. But in my case, I have no clue what is wrong with it. Have you ever dropped or damaged it severely?
