How Do I Make Sure A Movie Still Works In Powerpoint When I Move The Presentation?

I have microsoft office 2007. I have created a powerpoint that contains a movie. When I save the powerpoint and move it to another computer, the movie is turned into a picture. I figure it is doing this becasue it is acquiring the movie by tracing the directory. I need to figure out how to move the file over without needing to move over and redirect the movie.

Commonly, there are two ways to do this.
    The first way:
Try to package your original PowerPoint and the inserted movie into one folder. When using it on other computers, move the whole folder, too.
    A more valid way:
Convert your PPT to video .Then the movie file becomes a part of your PPT and you never worry about the directory problems. Here are some ways to convert PPT to video formats, including free way. http://itknowledgeexchange.techtarget.co…

Start with the movie in the same directory as the presentation. Then move the presentation – and the movie – to a directory on the second computer with the same path.
