How Do I Insert A Picture Somewhere In The Movie Frames Of A Movie On The Computer?

I want to make subliminal messages (for myself only) by replacing several of the frames of a movie with pictures of text (the subliminal messages) to a movie, so that during the movie there will be quick flashes of pictures of text, only detectable to the subconscious mind.

Download a trial of Premiere Pro by Adobe.
paste it (the pic) into Video 2’s timeline where you want it.
Delete the snippet of the video that overlaps it.
