How Can I Put Movie Clips In A Powerpoint?

I am doing a school project and there is a movie, Lorenzo’s Oil, that would help me make my powerpoint better. However, I’m not sure how to take a segment out of the movie and put it in my powerpoint. Also, I’m not sure if itunes has protection on it that will prevent me from doing that. Does anyone know how I can put a clip on my powerpoint? Also, if anyone knows any good sites to get a free movie from, please let me know!

Open the movie dialog box by clicking slide overview pane, and then in the placeholder, click the Insert Media Clip button. In the Insert Movie dialog box browse to the clip you need to insert and double click it, and then in the message box, click When Clicked. Then re-size the clip. Play the video/movie in normal view, on the Options contextual tab, in the Play group click the Preview button.

Well, try to use Wondershare WebVideo Author (http://tinyurl.com/6muwns), you could easy split the video and take a segment of the movie.
    Insert Flash video to PowerPoint:http://snipurl.com/insert-youtube
