Downloaded Movie From The Internet Buffers Before It Starts Playing. How To Fix Or Prevent That?

I’ve downloaded a new movie from the internet. The quality is fine but it buffers for a while before it starts playing and also when I try to seek. Is there any way I can fix that?

    You can subsribe to a higher internet speed to reduce buffer time, but the buffering is so that changes in the speed of your connection do not make your movie stutter (don’t think you would like that)
