The movie is called “The Rising.” It is a very well written novel by Brian Keene. It’s sequel is “City of the Dead.” Both were very great novels for horror and action fans. Originally the writer signed some sort of contract to allow the screenplay to be produced, but he seemed to have had it recalled and i think he said that he might try once more later.
